Sweepstakes Rules

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Vocal Fusion™ ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, April 4th and ends on Sunday, April 6th at 12PM (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the following steps on Facebook:

Follow our Facebook page.
Share the Sweepstakes post on your timeline.
Tag two friends in the comments of the Sweepstakes post.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Cleveland Guardians game on April 11th against the Kansas City Royals. Winners will have the opportunity to see Vocal Fusion perform the National Anthem and sit with the group at the game. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $90.60. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about Sunday, April 6th by 6PM. Winners will be notified via Facebook Messenger within 1 day of selection. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts in Ohio. All claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees.
